Saturn is also maraka for kadaga lagna.But he is in the constellation yoga karaka Mars.That result has to come.The dasa lord mercury required a strong bukti lord to bring back him to power.It was not happening in ketu and venus bukti.
Then sun's bukti started Feb,1989.We have to note here ,sun is with exalted moon which is aspected by
Jupiter.Jupiter and moon are in Gaja kesari Yoga.Sun is in interaction with both the planets .
Sun is definitely a malefic for kadaga lagna but here there are many positive factors for the sun and it is also in 11th.It is good for karagathwa of sun(King).So he again became as a CM.

Again in 1996 he came back to power during mercury dasa and Jupiter bukti.
In 2001 he was going through ketu dasa .He lost the position once again.
In 2006 he was at the last part of ketu dasa.Ketu dasa and mercury bukti.
He got the position back.
Kendra's are like walls .All the planets were in kendra's and trikonas except venus which is the reason for long life.
