a. Name (First; Middle; Surname):
b. Landline phone number (with country /state code).
c. Mobile Phone Number.

e. Residential Address
f. Brief introduction of the person for whom queries are asked.
g. Horoscope details:
Date of Birth: DD/MM/Year
Place of Birth:
• If the birth place is a “small village” then, also mention the nearest “big city”.
• If you are born outside the Republic of India then you should also provide the coordinates (longitude and latitude) of your place of birth along with the other parameters.
Time of Birth:
Birth time should be precise and accurate. Even a small variation can lead to big swings in prediction. Therefore, please check and get the date and time of birth fully authenticated before sending the mail.
While giving the time of birth, please be specific; for instance if the birth is 07 in the morning then mention 07:00AM, if the birth is at 07 in the evening then it should be mentioned as 07:00PM.
If the birth is after midnight (00:00), say at 0100 hrs or 0200 hrs or 0300 hrs, then don’t forget to note that this will be the new succeeding date. For example one o clock in the night of 09th May 2010 has to be taken as May 10, 2010.
Persons born in India should give time of birth in IST (Indian Standard Time). Person's born outside India should give time of birth in the standard time of their country; they should also give time difference of the standard time of their country either from GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) or IST (Indian Standard Time).
Day of Birth: (Monday, Tuesday etc.)

2. In response, I would be sending you my account number for making the payment (Refer “Fee Structure” and “Modes of Payment” section below)
3. Once the payment is received, the queries shall be answered through mail within a maximum of 15 days and minimum of 48 hours starting from the date of “payment received”.
Fee structure
• An amount of Rs 2500/- or $61 would be charged per horoscope, In case Overall Reading of a chart is required ,Please refer Terms and Conditions, to know, which areas would be covered in an Overall reading. In case, any additional queries have to be asked along with the overall reading, an extra amount will be charged. Please refer queries section under the Terms and Conditions for the same.
• For Specific Queries An amount of Rs 1000/- or $31 would be charged per horoscope for a maximum of 3 queries. For each query beyond this maximum number of three, Rs 300/- or $10 will be charged.
• For queries related to married life, family life & childbirth, analysis of horoscopes of husband, wife or other related family members will be required for which consultation fees would get charged depending upon the number of horoscopes to be analyzed.
• Fees amount shall be non-refundable.
Mode of payment
(a) You can make an online / electronic transfer of the payment in the following Saving Bank Account number. To follow this procedure, you will have to visit the official website of your bank & search for 'Bill Pay' or 'Online Payment' or 'Online Transfer' hyperlink in the site.
Bank Account Number: I shall give you this through mail, along with the corresponding bank name once you mail me the above details.
(b) You can credit payment in your nearest branch of the concerned bank in the above mentioned account numbers. For this, you'll have to go to the nearest branch of the concerned bank in your town, fill the form for depositing cheque, attach the cheque complete in all respects with it & then drop it in the drop box made for depositing cheques. After depositing the cheque you should intimate the cheque number & the name of your bank on my mail-id. Consultation will be provided to you once your cheque gets realized.
(c) Foreign clients (Living out of India) can make the payment through PayPal.

Birth details
1) Birth details given should be genuine & real. If someone gives wrong or fake birth details, of his/her horoscope, then predictions would also go wrong.
2) Correctness of predictions will subject to the correctness of birth details supplied by a client.
Overall Reading
1) Rs 2500/- or $61 will be charged for the same
2) In case, any additional queries have to be asked along with the overall reading, an extra amount will be charged. Please refer the below mentioned queries section for the same.

3) Prior knowledge about Astrology or concerned horoscopes to a client doesn't entitle him for a rebate/concession/discount in the fee or doesn't entitle him for a free service.
4) Just by analysis of horoscope of a person, it will not be possible to tell about life of his family members (father, mother, brothers, sisters, spouse (husband/wife), and children), relatives & neighbors in detail. Their horoscopes will have to be analyzed separately for which fees will also charged separately.
5) While providing Astrological Services, in the name of telling future, the client should not expect an astrologer to inform him about his each and every second, hour and day, as an astrologer can only provide the necessary guidance and does not have the capacity to behave like God.
• BIRTH TIME RECTIFICATION:
In the special cases where the exact birth time is not known to the person,the technique of birth time rectification has to be employed (before addressing the specific queries) which requires the complete analysis of the whole chart.
